However, women have contributed a lot to the growth and development of society and have always been undervalued in history, which has always caused indignation causing them to fight for their rights and especially in labor relations. After great struggles and attempts at improvement and equality, women managed to have their rights and duties guaranteed by law, obtaining protection in all areas, as well as in the labor sphere. Nowadays women are entitled to equal wages to men, to be able to assume leadership positions.
