125in is equal to how many ft and in? (show work)
Leno4ka [110]
125 inches is equal to 10 feet and 5 inches because 12 inches are in each foot. To find how many feet, you would do 125/12 which is 10 and a remainder of five. This means that 125 inches is equal to 10feet and 5 inches.

A driver is currently at an elevation of -350 feet write an absolute value statement to express the drivers distance in feet fro
NNADVOKAT [17]

Answer:

d = |h - 0\,ft|, The driver is 350 feet below sea level.

Step-by-step explanation:

The distance of the driver from the sea level is given by the following expression:

d = |h - 0\,ft|

d = |-350\,ft-0\,ft|

d = |-350\,ft|

d = 350 \,ft

The driver is 350 feet below sea level.

If a cone shaped vase can hold 45 cubic centimeter of water and has a radius of 2 centimeters what is the height of the vase use
xz_007 [3.2K]

Answer:

The height of the vase is h=10.75\ cm

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

The volume of a cone is equal to

V=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2} h

we have

V=45\ cm^{3}

r=2\ cm

\pi =3.14

substitute and solve for h

45=\frac{1}{3}(3.14)(2)^{2} h

135=(3.14)(4)h

135=12.56h

h=135/12.56

h=10.75\ cm
