Well Racism is the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. and Discrimination is action that denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based on prejudice. This includes treatment of an individual or group based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or social category, "in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated". Also a Penalty is a punishment imposed for breaking a law, rule, or contract.

hey! thanks for the question.
from planning to drafting, i'd suggest doing research and knowing what you're going to talk about. organize it properly, maybe by cause and effect, or a timeline, ect. make sure the order makes sense and flows correctly.
revising is usually more like fixing the rough draft, and organizing it so it goes smoothly. editting is the final draft, in which you make it sound better.
taking a break is important because you need to get evidence, and read examples, which you can do while resting your fingers from writing.
make sure to rephrase this when answering :)
Dr (name), field trips provide students an experience outside the class rooms or labs. Even with budget cuts I’m sure many of us students and volunteers are willing to help out to make our field trip viable. They give students access to culture, history, and art that may be left out of the regular curriculum. The sensory, physical, and social aspects of field trips enrich learning experiences. ... They can help students prepare for life after graduation and future careers.
