The correct answers are A) The judicial branch can rule a new law unconstitutional and D) The legislative branch can override a veto.

The following are examples of checks and balances: The judicial branch can rule a new law unconstitutional and the legislative branch can override a veto. One of the best decisions the founding fathers could make was the separation of powers in the federal government. This created a system of checks and balances that has benefited the United States Government since its conception.

In the case of this question, the judicial branch can rule a new law unconstitutional when it considers so, and the legislative branch can override a Presidential veto with a 2/3 veto in the House of Representatives and the Senate.

I believe it is D but I could be wrong...
since the legislative branch consists of the US congress, and the congress can override a veto by passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the Senate and the House.

History

The origin of Krumping can be traced back to traditional African dances. In the movie Rize David LaChapelle uses footage of dancers in an African village interspersed with scenes of Krumpers battling each other to illustrate the similarities. "Krump" or "Krumping" is an evolution of the "Clowning" or "Clown-dancing" style or manifestation of the Black Dance movement. Clown Dancing was created in the early nineties by Thomas Johnson aka Tommy the Clown, who was a hip-hop dancer and spokesperson for then California Governor Gray Davis. In 1992 Johnson began fusing different local dance elements and created a unique, appealing, universal style that also aided him in promoting his own career as a clown for children's parties.

BartSMP [9]

Answer:

No.

Explanation:

It would effect you if you were in stocks, but also if you are not. Stocks are like supply and demand. So, if stock drop, there are a low supply, meaning they cost more overall. So if the stocks of, lets say, Apple falls, all Apple products will cost more due to the lack of the amount. Sorry this is so short, but that is the basic answer.
