The correct answer is <span>A. We were both wrong, but Keith blames himself for the error. 
When it comes to reflexive pronouns (myself, yourself, himself, etc.), they can only be used when the subject is the same as the object. So, Keith blames himself, I blame myself, she blames herself, etc. You cannot use myself with an object with is not you.
