One of my favorite quotes by Anne Frank is “ Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.” Anne Frank was a Jewis

h girl, who believed that everyone was good at heart. She was born on June 12, 1929. Sadly, she died too young, Anne still had incredible characteristics. Some of them are charisma, admirability, and optimism. It would be an honor if someone were to compare me to Anne Frank. I definitely think that Anne was a better person than I am right now.
Throughout the play, I could see that Anne is a charismatic person. To be charismatic means that you care about everyone, even the people that you don’t get along with. This is most evident to me in Act Two Scene Three. Mr.Van Daan steals bread, and Mrs. Frank wants to put the Van Daan’s out, into a dangerous situation. Anne then says, “Mother you’re not putting Peter out. Peter hasn’t done anything.” Another scene where Anne is charismatic is in Act Two Scene Four. Peter is upset because the Franks and Van Daan’s have been hiding for two years. Anne then steps in and says,”It'll pass, maybe not for hundreds of years, but someday...I still believe in spite of everything people are really good at heart.” Even though Anne Frank was treated unfairly, she truly cared about everyone.

Another characteristic, of Anne’s, that stood out to me is that she was admirable. In Act Two Scene Five, Anne made everyone Hanukkah presents, even though she doesn’t get along with most of the people in the Annex. Anne acted admirably when she tells Peter in Act Two Scene 4. “ You know what I do when it seems as if I couldn’t stand being cooped up for one more minute, I think myself out.” Somehow Anne always saw the good in a bad situation, which makes her worthy of admiration.

Anne has shown that she is optimistic. In Act One Scene Three, Mr.Van Daan tells Anne to behave like her older sister, Margot. Anne then says, “ I’d cut my throat first! I’d open my veins! I’m going to be great! I'm going to Paris!” This shows that Anne sees herself getting out of the Annex. “And yesterday I finished Cissy Van Marxuelt’s latest book.I think she is first-class. I shall definitely let my children read her.” When Anne says this in Act One Scene Four, it shows that she is hopeful of her future.

Somehow, Anne Frank made an impact on many people with just words. She makes me want to strive to be a better person, by seeing the best in everyone. The characteristics that I have are optimism and Charisma. I am optimistic because I’d rather look at what's good in my life than what is bad. To me, being charismatic means that you see the best in people, even if they are unfair to you. In a way, I would call myself charismatic. This character trait fits me because I don't judge people based on their skin tone, religious beliefs, etc.Everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Anne Frank was also admirable. Personally, I don't think that I exhibit this trait. To be being admirable means to inspire people. Anne Frank did just that with her diary.

(Put this very first quote in italics!)

‘Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.’

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who believed that everyone was good at heart. She was born on June 12, 1929 and died an early death at age 16. Her strengths—some of which are charisma, optimism, and a loving spirit—surpassed her weaknesses, and she continues to be an admirable role model for anyone.

Throughout the play, I could see that Anne is a compassionate person. This is most evident to me in Act Two, Scene Three; Mr. Van Daan steals bread, and Mrs. Frank wants to put the Van Daans out. Evicting them would put them into a dangerous situation, one that could end in death or imprisonment. Anne intervenes quickly, showing compassion for the Van Daans despite her indifference to the family. Another scene where Anne shows compassion is Act Two, Scene Four. Peter is upset because the Franks and Van Daan’s have been hiding for two years. Anne then steps in and says, ‘It'll pass, maybe not for hundreds of years, but someday...I still believe in spite of everything people are really good at heart.’ Despite her bitter, unfair situation, Anne showed grace and compassion’s towards everyone.

Another characteristic of Anne’s that stands out to me is her generosity. In Act Two, Scene Five, Anne made everyone Hanukkah gifts, even though she doesn’t get along with most of the people in the Annex. Anne showed her generosity in more of a metaphorical way when she tells Peter in Act Two, Scene 4: ‘You know what I do when it seems as if I couldn’t stand being cooped up for one more minute? I think myself out.’ She shares her wisdom with someone she used to dislike, and tries her best to help out her friend.

Anne also shows that she is optimistic. In Act One, Scene Three, Mr. Van Daan tells Anne to behave like her older sister, Margot. Anne replies with optimism and fire. “I’d cut my throat first! I’d open my veins! I’m going to be great! I'm going to Paris!” This quote demonstrates that Anne sees herself escaping the Annex. In Act One, Scene Four Anne talks about her future children, another demonstration of her optimistic beliefs that her family will escape the Annex safely and live a normal life in the future.

Anne Frank made an impact on many people simply with her words. She inspires me to strive to be a better person, and to look for the best in everyone. The characteristics that I have are optimism and compassion. I demonstrate optimism by seeing the good things among all the bad. I show compassion by seeing the best in people, even those who are unfair and treat me badly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Anne Frank was also generous. Okay, hope this helps!
I changed two of the characteristics you used because the way you used them didn’t fit the definitions;

Charisma: Compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire devotion in others.

She was charismatic because she was kind, loyal, generous, etc. She didn’t have charisma by your definition though, she had compassion.

Admirable: Arousing or deserving respect and approval.

Anne was an admirable person, you’re right on that, but it’s an adjective. If you’re describing characteristics or traits, try to use nouns and ‘supporting adjectives’, e.g ‘compassion’ and ‘respectful’ or ‘generosity’ and ‘kind’.

Human beings are "the measure of all things" from the point of view of
Lena [83]
I would say this is the point of view of humanists who do not believe in religion  but believe that mankind is the principal thing in life and that everything we have ie all material possessions and all cultural aspects of our societies and technologies etc come from man not from gods.

Answer:

There have been many times where I felt uncertain as to how to act. Sometimes, it's because I have to make some kind of decision, and what I choose will have a larger impact. There are also times where I'm around people I don't know very well, and therefore don't know how they expect me to act. I would feel uncertain because I have no way knowing, without a doubt, what the right choice is, or how other people expect me to be.
