The correct answers are:

1. True;

During the 20th century, big portion of Europe was facing with problems because of the significant increase in acid rains. The acid rains were mainly cause by the heavy industry all over the continent, and the pollution of the air by it.

2. True;

The Alps are a nice example of the human impact, as there's lots of parts of them that are deteriorated. Parts of what was once dense forests, are now cleared bare lands, and also the snow and glaciers in the Alps are becoming less and less as the years go by.

3. False;

The monuments, bridges, and statues, are heavily impacted by erosion caused from the acid rains. They are eroding naturally as well, bu the chemical composition of the acid rains is increasing the erosion by multiple times, thus managing to destroy them relatively quickly.
