Hello! In order to figure out if 3 crates has enough fencing to cover 150 feet, you would need to know A) the number of feet of fencing in each crate. The weight is unnecessary, how many crates will fit in her truck is unnecessary and you only need to know the perimeter of her garden (which is given as 150 feet), not her area. I hope this helps!

Answer:

1) 15ft

2) 21m

Step-by-step explanation:

1) 10ft/4ft = x/6ft

multiply both sides by 6

\frac{10}{4}  \times 6 =  \frac{x}{6}  \times 6

60/4 = x

x= 15ft

2) 28m/x = 12m/9m

multiply both sides by 1/28

\frac{28}{x}  \times  \frac{1}{28} =  \frac{12}{9}   \times  \frac{1}{28}

1/x = 12/252

1/x = 1/21

by equivalence, x= 21m

How do you solve this?
Sonbull [250]

Answer:

1

Step-by-step explanation:

I would think (I'm not sure, but it's an idea)

\frac{x^{2} +2}{x^{2} -1} =\frac{x^{2} -1+1+2}{x^{2} -1}\\\\=\frac{(x^{2}-1) +3}{x^{2} -1}=\frac{x^{2} -1}{x^{2}-1}+\frac{3}{x^{2} -1}\\\\=1+\frac{3}{x^{2} -1}

so when x becomes bigger and bigger

the

\frac{3}{x^{2} -1}

will become smaller and smaller

to a point that it's practically 0

so the limit is 1
