How did world war l impact the lives of women in the United States following world war l ?
hichkok12 [17]

Answer:

there are two answers, see which one is the suitable one. hope it helps.

Explanation:

1st:

Although neither law took effect until war's end, women took advantage of their husbands' absence to get two bits of legislation made into law: the 18th amendment (which outlawed the sale of liquor) and the 19th Amendment (which gave women the vote in all states). Sometimes you have to take the bad with the good.

2nd:

Tens of thousands of women joined The Women's Land Army to work the soil, fields, and orchards to free men for military service. Women took to the land gladly and brought in the harvest during the war years to supply food to the nation, the military, and our allies

My friend told me I got this wrong, so i decided to come on here, can someone enlighten me?
Salsk061 [2.6K]

To find their speeds, you have to make them per hour instead of c hours.

You would divide each by their times, so \frac{280}{3.5} and \frac{616}{7}

Train A's speed turns out to be 80 mph and Train B's is 88 mph

train B is faster.

Idk why you got it "wrong," I can't see your work, but I'm pretty sure this is how you'd do it :))

Romashka [77]

C - Historians have different biases and points of view than influence their interpretations

Which is why it it so difficult for historians to arrive at an interpretation of past events that is universally accepted. Most history is also written by the 'victors' so it is typically written from only one POV.
