How did western expansion affect native American tribes
vivado [14]
When new america first came about, there were 13 colonies which were all on the eastern coast, as time passed, they were like well how about we expand our nation soooooooo......... they sent Lewis and Clark on an expedition to find the other end of the land so when they completed they were like that was hella far and good luck sooo as cocky as they come we decided to take it we thought we were here first so your sol. so when the natives didn't want to leave we decided to take it by force and we grew a hatred towards them for them not giving us what was theirs, so finally we got a president with brains and he was like we will buy it from you so we jiped em out. we would buy hundreds of acres for a few dollars since they didn't really know, they didn't see the trap so we tricked them into giving us there land for virtually nothing.

How does the story of two ancient kings illustrate exponential growth?
devlian [24]
The story of the two ancient kings is a good illustration of exponential growth. This can be illustrated through their chess game where the king always doubled the amount of gain that he placed on each square of the chess board. Before doing so, the king realized that he did not have enough gain to double it on each square.

This clearly shows that an exponential growth might start out very slowly, but speeds up and increases very quickly.
