There is 24 hours in a day and you need to rest for 10 hours a day, so working hours = 14 hours

There is 60 minutes in one hour so if you count one dollar per sec,

14 hours/day x 60 min/hr x 60sec/min x $1 / sec = $50,400

So you can count $50,400/day and when there is $5 billion which is equal to = $5,000,000,000

And there is 365 days in a year so,

<span>$5,000,000,000 / ($50,400/day) = 99206.35 / 365 = 271.8 years</span>

You need to divide $5 billion<span> by the lump sum of @5,000 (the one you will be counting). You can get 1,000,000. Since you can count one bill per second, you will need 1,000,000 seconds to count the $5 billion. In one day, you can only spend 14 hours of counting since you need to sleep for 10 hours per day. Converting 14 hours to seconds, you can get 50,400 seconds. Therefore, you can only count for 50,400 seconds per day. You need to divide the total time needed to count the money and your rate per day (1,000,000 seconds / 50,400 seconds</span>). Solving it, you can get 19.84<span>. It would take you approximately 19.84 days to count the </span>$5 billion dollar<span> using the lump sum </span>$5,000-dollar<span> bills.</span>

Agata [3.3K]

Answer:

The amount of stockholders' equity as of July 1 of the current year is $39,994

Explanation:

In John Wong, DVM, on July 1 of the current year:

Total asset = Cash + Accounts Receivable + Supplies + Land = $10,687 + $8,307 + $1,853 + $24,857 = $45,704

Liabilities = Accounts Payable = $5,710

Basing on accounting equation:

Total asset = Liabilities + Stockholders' Equity

Stockholders' Equity  = Total asset - Liabilities = $45,704 - $5,710 = $39,994

Harlamova29_29 [7]

Answer:

Differential profit Profit = $40,000

Explanation:

<em>The differential operating profit is the difference between the operating profit before the introduction of the product and after the introduction of the new product</em>

<em>Profit = Revenue - costs</em>

Profit before the introduction of the new product

= 2,000,000 - 1,500,000 = 500,000

Profit after the introduction of the new product

New revenue =  (2,000,000 + 200,000) = 2,200,000

Cumulative cost = 1,500,000 + 160,000 =  1,660,000

Profit = 2,200,000 - 1,660,000 = 540000

Differential profit Profit =  540,000 - 500,000= $40,000

galben [10]

Answer:

Break-even point= 713 car washes

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

For December he paid $2,000 in rent, $700 in utilities, $2,950 in salaries, and $50 on advertising. A full-service car wash costs $10.50. Unit variable costs per car wash are $2.50.

First, we need to calculate the total fixed costs:

Fixed costs= rent + utilities + salaries + advertising

Fixed costs= 2,000 + 700 + 2,950 + 50= $5,700

Now, using the following formula, we can calculate the break-even point in units:

Break-even point= fixed costs/ contribution margin

Break-even point= 5,700/ (10.5 - 2.5)= 713 car washes
