Answer:    What makes a baseball bounce?

Explanation:  The hypothesis as such is an assumption to prove, that is, it could be a solution to a scientific question. A testable hypothesis is one that can be proven by experiments and various data that can be used to prove a hypothesis. In this case, the issues of the best action movie, the best theme park, and ice cream are questions of personal taste. There are some reasons why film and ice cream are the best, as well as a theme park, but these reasons cannot be taken as proof of whether something is best or not. The ice cream that is best to someone to others is not etc. What can be examined by experiments and based on collected data make a conclusion is what makes a baseball bounce. This can be developed as a testable hypothesis because once determined, the test data are conclusive and not a matter of taste.

What makes a baseball bounce would be the correct answer. All the other options would be opinions, therefore they are not true testable experiments. Hope this helps!
