In the first picture on the left the violation is to the Sixth Amendment that guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.  The man on the right says I can'd defend myself I need appointed counsel.

In the picture in the middle, the violation is to the Fourth Amendment, which states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath. In the picture in the middle it says. Petition to Congress stop attacks on our privacy rights.

In the third picture, the violation is to the Fifteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution that forbids the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's "race, color, or previous condition of servitude".  The picture has a sign that says Voters take literacy tests here, which implies that illiterate people won't vote.
