A Plateau period is a sociological term referring to some particular processes in the life of a human being with little development or progress. The processes include certain casual life processes such as career, relationship, education and etc. To tackle these dealing certain strategies are to be adopted so as to give it a smooth ongoing. Some strategies include

i. To be calm and have patience,  

ii. To build other interests,

iii. To adopt new changes in the way we do certain things,

iv. To encourage positive self – talk in oneself,
