Answer: Perseus stole their tooth and eye and says he will give it back when they tell him where the nymphs are

Explanation: Perseus was the slayer of the Gorgon Medusa and the rescuer of Andromeda from a sea monster. As an infant he was cast into the sea in a chest with his mother by Acrisius, to whom it had been prophesied that he would be killed by his grandson. After Perseus had grown up on the island of Seriphus, where the chest had grounded, King Polydectes of Seriphus, who desired Danaë, tricked Perseus into promising to obtain the head of Medusa.

The Phorcides in greek mythology were three (3) old sisters who have one eye and one tooth between 3 of them. They told Perseus where to find the nymphs from where he got objects which aided him in beheading Medusa.

This act by Perseus indicates he was willing to go to any lengths to get what he was after.

What compromise was made at the constitutional Convention so that Congress to get the power to control foreign trade
AleksandrR [38]

The compromise that was made at the constitutional Convention so that Congress could get the power to control foreign trade was that Congress could not tax exports. What exports means is to send products or goods to another country, while imports means getting goods from other countries. The reason why that would be your answer is because to send things over seas to foreign countries, it would cost a lot, and if they were to tax it, it would be very expensive to export things. Because of the compromise, Congress doesn't have to tax products or things when exporting them to foreign countries, which saved them A LOT of money. Because of not taxing exports, they gained so much power exporting things.
