Answer:

Blind plea can go against or in favor of Defendant depending upon jugde.

Explanation:

The Plea means a request. A Blind plea is one made without considering the punishment the defendant will get. A Blind plea is one where it is up to the judge to take any decision. There is no plea agreement in the case of a blind plea.

This plea can have two possibilities:

 • it Might help the defendant or
 • it might go against the defendant.

If the judge is lenient than there is a scope that the defendant might not get severe punishment but on the other hand if the judge can also give harsh punishments.

3. According to the majority of people in middle and high - income countries, what puts the earth and society at risk?
Marizza181 [45]

Answer:

Poverty and poor economic strategies of the countries is putting the planet and society at risk.

Poverty has been rampant nowadays most especially to countries who have poor economic strategies. This causes people to do crimes in order to survive. As observed in studies, countries who experience poverty tend to have higher rates of crimes putting each individual's life in danger. Poor people are forced to do crimes in order to live and earn money for their needs.

If these countries work out on their economic status, poverty will be alleviated as more opportunities will open up to them. This will give them more choices in earning money.
