During the Second Industrial Revolution, the labor movement in the United States grew out of the need to protect the common interest of workers. These labor unions fought for better wages, reasonable hours and safer working conditions as during that time, the working conditions in factories, mills, and mines were terrible. So workers joined together and created unions in order to fight for their safety and better and increased wages.
In mythology Zeus, Poseidon, and his siblings weren’t the first immortals. Or even the second. First came Chaos, then Gaia, then the Titans, who finally gave birth to the Olympian gods that most people know.
