20 feet, 12+12+L+L=64 so you simplify and it becomes 24+L+L=64. Take away 24 from 64 and you get 40. 40 divided by 2 equals 20, and you can plug 20 into the L spots and it all works.

Answer:

The quadratic equation is : x²+x+1=0

Step-by-step explanation:

Generally:

let S be the sum of the roots z₁ and z₂

and P be the product of the roots z₁ and z₂

then z₁ and z₂ are the solutions for the equation: x² − Sx + P = 0

Now,

S=-1 and P=1 then the equation is x²+x+1=0.

Subtract 10 from both sides
-0.035d=4-5
Simplify 4-10 to 6
0.035y=-6
Divide both sides by -0.035.
D=-6/0.035
Simplify
Y=171.42
