History

Slavery was common for various reasons. One of them being climate when the british brought them to america they figured they were used to the heat and moisture. Another was the plantations required alot of attention. They didn't see the africans as equal so they let them sleep around the plantations in barley inhabital places. Another obvious reason is the fact that the southern colonies were on the coast of the Atlantic as was africa so it was a much easier to put the slaves there.

During the time between the passage of the gulf of tonkin resolution and the start of the tet offensive, what happened in the vi
padilas [110]
Quite a lot happened during that time, since the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution was passed in August, 1964 and the Tet Offensive began in January, 1968.

The Soviet Union increased its material support to North Vietnam.
Starting in March 1965, the United States began a three-year program of bombing raids called Operation Rolling Thunder.
The US continued to escalate its troop levels in Vietnam, up to 500,000 troops in 1967.
Meanwhile protests against the war in the United States continued to grow.  Those protests would only grow more intense after the Tet Offensive by the North Vietnamese made it clear that the US was nowhere near winning this ongoing war.

After which russian geographer and explorer was a rare horse native to central asia named?
svetoff [14.1K]
The horse is named after the Russian geographer and explorer Nikolai Przhevalsky. Most "wild" horses today, such as the American Mustang or the Australian Brumby, are actually feral horses descended from domesticated animals that escaped and adapted to life in the wild.
