What evidence is there that accurate perception is learned versus instinctual or intuitive?
lutik1710 [3]

Answer:

4

Instinct - a motor response initiated by the body totally controlled by an external stimulus. An instinct is by definition, a behavior.

Intuition - A sudden alignment of neuronal pathways that joins weakly associated concepts, ideas, facts, into a neuronal network that pulls conscious selective attention skills away from current activities. May induce a positive somatic reaction estbalishing a pleasuraable experience from the thought or idea.

In more colloquial terms (e.g. woman's intuition) its activation of an established network in response to multiple external stimuli that alone would not draw attention. However, it is still a cognitive process whereas instinct is a behavioral process. This should help:

The setting was all wrong, his intuition was telling him this was a set-up. Suddenly it all made sense, the ill fitting uniform on the guard, the broken security camera, the elevator being out of order, instinctively he dropped to the floor and reached for his gun" - intuition - thought resulting from multiple stimuli meaningless on their own, instinct ; immediate reaction WITHOUT forethought.

What effects do ADHD medicines have on depression and anxiety?
77julia77 [94]
I used to take ADHD medicines and the effects are like a sad mood, irritability, and a flat affect or facial expressions, me personally didn’t like taking them because it makes me lose touch with reality, my mind is focused which is good, but i’m not social. i seem like i’m not in the mood for anything.. i seem sad when i’m on them. but later on in the day you know when they’re wearing off.

What is a COA Sketch?

An interface for CADET data entry derived from a COA sketch in one of the several COA-editing tools. Sketches commonly feature symbols for friendly and hostile units, assembly spots, goals, mobility lanes, attack axes, etc.

What is a Medical Synch Matrix?

The Dynamic Synchronization Matrix is a simple computer program that runs commercial project management applications called the Dynamic Synchronization Matrix.

Combining the two significant technological developments of automation and PERT methodology, it improves present capabilities.

This decision support tool enhances the two-dimensional synchronization matrices that enable modern tactical planning, command, and control by making relationships between time, place, forces, functions, actions, and consequences that a typical person would find difficult to make and store.
