Mormons are part of the church of Jesus Christ or later day saints. They worship God, Jesus Christ, and the holy spirit. Their standards are listed in the words of wisdom ex. Don't drink or smoke, Don't drink coffee, ect.

Mormons are a group of Christians. They worship God. They believe that there was a man, named Joseph Smith, that lived at about the time that the first colonists moved to the US. He had a vision of God speaking to him and telling him things about men being over women, a few Biblical stories that weren't in the Bible, and a few other things that I don't remember exactly. But, basically, he wrote another part to the Christian's Bible, writing down what God told him.

kogti [31]
The German people went along with the Nazi policy because they were scared of what would happen to this if they didn't. It's sad and unfortunate, but they would rather go along with the policy and keep there own lives.

Why did policymakers in the Johnson administration want to continue U.S. involvement in Vietnam?
lara31 [8.8K]
The main reason why policymakers in the Johnson administration wanted to continue U.S. involvement in Vietnam is because they wanted to justify the commitment of the US to the conflict--a commitment that had cost thousands of lives in an effort to contain communism.
