James Madison would be the answer since he was a president by John Jay and Alexander Hamiton also helped.

The answer is James Madison. Although Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison all contributed to the Federalist Papers, James Madison is the ony one of those contributors, therefore James Madison is the correct answer!
