A free form poem does not have to rhyme. The best way to write one would be to choose s subject and write about it. I recommend writing about something that aggravates you so you can rant on for hours

Lerok [7]

Answer:

well...when writing a paper you have to consider the points of view and your topic...a teachers behavior affects students mental health...teachers need to be supportive..if i were writing the paper, i would do a student who is supportive by their teachers point of view, the teacher who is teaching that student, then i would do a students point of view who is NOT supportive by their teacher, then i would do that teachers point of view. i would also put in stories from children who have not been supported by their teachers, and students who have been. Mark Twain once advised that writers should “use the right word, not its second cousin.” How is this advice related to the use o
nadya68 [22]
Even though synonyms generally share the same meaning, they might not apply in the same context. So, if you want to use one specific word you should do that instead of trying to find a synonym that doesn't quite fit into the context you've established. An example is if you want to use the sentence "I was mad", meaning "I was angry", you could look for a synonym. One synonym is "absurd". However, this is a different type of mad, meaning crazy instead of meaning angry. "I was absurd" has an entirely different meaning than originally intended. This is why you should always double check the contextual meaning of the synonym you want to use.

mart [117]

Answer:

My most uncomfortable moment came as a freshman in high school. I was chosen to go to the regional FFA competition to represent my school in impromptu speaking. This was an enormous task for me to undertake. I was given a binder of information, and three minutes to write an appropriate speech. Then, I had to go to a special room in front of four judges that I didn't know. The speech started with an introduction of myself and my topic, fruits and vegetables. I talked about soil preparation and weed control, and it was the longest three minutes of my life. My knees starting shaking, and I had to grab the podium to hold myself up. The whole podium started shaking, and the judges asked me if I was o.k. It took me a couple of minutes to get started because I dropped my cards, and had to reorganize them. I was sweating like a mad dog, and I then flew threw the speech. I honestly don't know if I stuttered at all, but I lost the competition, and the judges gave me a superior, which is what they give anyone who isn't good enough to win. This is a feel good mercy rating they gave me, but I made it through it and survived.
