The correct answer is D. What people with Tourette's syndrome do

Explanation:

In the question, two excerpts are presented the first one explains the personal experience of Jaylen Arnold as she mentions she was diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome, Asperger and obsessive-compulsive disorder and because of this, she experienced bullying. Similarly, the second text deals with Jaylen Arnold experiences, but this text is written by someone external and not Jaylen and explains she has Tourette syndrome and this syndrome is "a condition that causes a person to make involuntary noises and movements", this means the second text does not only mentions Jaylen has Tourette but explains what Tourette is about. Therefore, the detail in the first text that is explained in the second text is what people with Tourette's syndrome do.

Juniors and Seniors are anticipating this event every year. It is one way to connect with the students. Letting them experience it once a year could help them realize that school is not just a boring place of hard work to learn but also a place that they could have fun and be happy. A prom is an event that will be memorable for the rest of their lives. Using ethos logos or pathos.

Answer:

It wasn’t that long ago when outhouses where the norm. For thousands of years, some variant of the outhouse was the status quo. No one in their right mind dared to build their living space with indoor plumbing, even though the toilet was invented hundreds of years earlier in 1596. To use the latrine indoors would be crazy. Imagine the stink.

No, if you had to “go,” then you were required to exit the building, go down the path, watch out for snakes, spiders or alligators, and use the plank wooden shack in the backyard. This was the way it was for hundreds of years.

Finally, smart people like Thomas Jefferson — yes, one of our founding fathers — got tired of going outside and broke the mold by choosing to not settle for average. They didn’t care what other people thought about their disruptive indoor plumbing idea. They just figured out a way to make it work. Because of that, eventually indoor plumbing became the norm, despite the initial resistance and skepticism.

The question I have for you is what old pattern do you see that needs a disruption — a change over? Anything equivalent to outhouses that need to be challenged? Keep in mind that disruption is centered on a simple mindset of breaking average! If don’t break average you won’t breakthrough.

Nonamiya [84]

Answer:

One conflict I have had in my past includes when my two aunts, harassed me and my mother. After my grandma got sick, they tried their best so make it impossible for my mother. They called Adult protective services and food stamps fraud on her. After my grandma died they stole my mother’s condolence money, which added up to be about $500. They changed me and my moms address at the post office so they got all of our mail for months before we noticed. Since then they contacted child protective services and told them that I, do not live with my mom, but with my dad, and that my mom has been taking advantage of collecting benefits like medical and food stamps. I have diabetes, so I could have lost all of my medicine because of their jealousy and evil souls.

A hero is not always a tragic hero. Read Aristotle's classical definition of a tragic
Triss [41]

AThe first Aristotle’s criterion of the tragic hero requires that the character must be noble or a man of high status. In that sense, as described by Achebe, “Okonkwo was well known throughout the nine villages and even beyond. His fame rested on solid personal achievements” (Achebe, 3). Starting as a sharecropper with no inheritance from his father, Okonkwo works very hard and makes his way to a wealthy and respected man of titles in Umuofia. From his hard work, Okonkwo has 3 wives with many children, a large compound with obi for each of his wives and a large stock of yams. Okonkwo earns himself respect from people both inside his clan and outside his clan through many of his achievements. When he is a young man of eighteen, he brings honor to his village by throwing the Amalinze the Cat, a wrestler who is undefeated for 7 years. In addition, Okonkwo is one of the nine Egwugwu, a respected judge in the community who is believed to be the spirit of the ancestor. Furthermore, Okonkwo is also chosen by his village to be their representative to negotiate with Mbaino village about the murderer of an Umuofia girl in Mbaino market. With ease, Okonkwo successfully brings back a boy and a virgin as compensation and ends the conflict peacefully, without any confrontation.

Hope this helps
