Microbial genetics has important applications in molecular and cell biology, medicine, agriculture, and the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The definition of an organism is a creature such as a plant, animal, or single-celled life form, or something that has interdependent parts and that is being compared to a living creature. An example of an organism is a dog, person, or bacteria.
An emergency shelter is a place for people to live temporarily when they cannot live in their previous residence, similar to homeless shelters.
