Based on the Code of Hammurabi and the Ten Commandments what do they have in common, what can you predict about the Twelve Table
Wittaler [7]

Both codes have no distinction between law and morals, as in 'thou shalt not adulate.' Both codes are therefore inflexible, implying that the rule will not be changed. The basic definition of an eye for an eye as punishment is found in the Code of Hammurabi, while the TC does not mention any penalties for violating the code. Another distinction is that the Ten Commandments attempt to govern thoughts, for example, you are not to desire your neighbor's home.

They will lay down rules, laws, and expectations for the roman people.

Which is a basic practice of Judaism? A. reading the Torah B. worshipping many gods C. making burnt offerings D. sacrificing ani
LuckyWell [14K]
I'd say A, reading the Torah (which means "the law", and is meant to instruct), and is the first five books of the Old Testament in the bible. It It would definitely not be B, as they are monotheistic like Christians and worship only one God, and though they did make burnt offerings or sacrifice animals at one point, that isn't practiced anymore.
