150 + 225(3.5) + x = 2000
150 + 787.50 + x = 2000
937.50 + x = 2000
x = 2000 - 937.50
x = 1062.50 ...the food budget
1062.50 / 225 = 4.72 per student for food <==
=======================
j = r + 10
s = 2j....... 2(r + 10)....2r + 20
s + r + j = 130

(2r + 20) + r + (r + 10) = 130
4r + 30 = 130
4r = 130 - 30
4r = 100
r = 100/4
r = 25 <=== Rosana

j = r + 10
j = 25 + 10
j = 35 <=== Juliet

s = 2r + 20
s = 2(25) + 20
s = 50 + 20
s = 70 <=== Santiago

Let g(x) = log7 (x),<br> find g ¹(0)
klasskru [66]

Step-by-step explanation:

The derivative of log is

\frac{d}{dx} ( log_{a}(x) ) =  \frac{1}{x \:  ln(a) }

You can easily derive this using the Change of base rule, and natural log rules

log_{a}(x)  =  \frac{ log_{e}(x) }{ log_{e}(a) }  =  \frac{ ln(x) }{ ln(a) }

Next, we differentiate with respect to x.

\frac{d}{dx} \frac{ ln(x) }{ ln(a) }  =  \frac{1}{ ln(a) }  \times  \frac{d}{dx}  ln(x)

=  \frac{1}{x ln(a) }

So back to the topic at hand,.

a=7, so we get

\frac{1}{x ln(7) }

We plug in 0, we would get undefined
