Social structures in society can work to provide an ordering of society from things as diverse as institutions like courts and police forces to schools etc. However, depending on the rigidity of social structures certain groups can also be oppressed or left out of the governing decisions within a society.
I think they might choose the US government because big businesses will want to do what benefits them more while the government will try to find a solution that’s more fair.
