The non-foliated rocks do not contain any kind of thin or thick bands. Some of the examples of non-foliated metamorphic rocks are hornfels, quartzite, marbles, and eclogite. This<em><u> foliation occurs on the rocks due to the condition of higher temperatures but lower pressure</u></em>.
