Teen years because when your young it's easy for your body to handle the activities you do to strengthen your bone then when your older and it's more complicated.

Senior citizen age bc that's when your bones really start to go down hill you start to lose bone strength and so you can still do stuff you should be making your bones stronger bc there getting weak, you know?

Honestly he does not need all this. Instead of buying expensive workout equiptment.. get a membership at a gym and instead of buying all that fancy food just go to your local store and buy fresh produce. In my opinion it is the cheapest and really affective way to do it.
