10-3.50=6.50( this is how much money he can spend for each hour). he can spend 3 and a half hours while jermaine can spend 8 and half hours. so 8 and a half -3 and a half is 5 hours more. if im wrong plz correct me lol, pretty sure thats how u do it tho
