Answer:Lymph; interstitial fluid

Explanation:

The Lymphatic system transports lymph, a fluid containing white blood cells which help to fight infection. The lymphatic system primarily consists of lymphatic vessels, which are similar to the veins and capillaries of the circulatory system. The vessels are connected to lymph nodes, where the lymph is filtered. The tonsils, adenoids, spleen and thymus are all part of the lymphatic system.

Lymph is a clear fluid that comes from blood plasma, which exits blood vessels at capillary beds. This fluid becomes the interstitial fluid that surrounds (bath) cells. Lymph contains water, proteins, salts, lipids, white blood cells, and other substances that must be returned to the blood.
