The judges were from the countries of the Allies, Great Britain, France, the Soviet Union and the United States, where twenty two Nazi criminals were prosecuted. Among them were military officers, political officials, financiers, industrialists, for war crimes committed during the World War II. Twelve of the most prominent Nazis are condemned to death.
