The characteristics that define the man above as a warrior and not a hunter are:

  • His armor
  • His sword
  • His horned helmet

Hunters and warriors differ in some of the tools they carry and in the way they dress because they are not trying to kill the same type of creature.

Hunters try to kill animals which are not very wise and so cannot fight back with tools while warriors try to kill humans and so have to take countermeasures against the person fighting back.

For this reason:

  • Warriors will wear armor so as to protect themselves from swords and arrows of their enemies
  • Warriors carry swords to fight their enemies
  • Warriors also have uniforms to show that they are warriors and the horned helmet in the picture is part of the uniform.

In conclusion, the man in the picture has armor, a sword and something to signify that he is a warrior so he must be a warrior.
