Factors that does not significantly affect your wellness. This statement is incorrect, everything affects your wellness. Especially your environment which could give you different kinds of illness emotionally and physically. Maybe there are things but not factors.
The key factor, is admitting you were wrong. Saying sorry, and fixing your mistake.
I think it’s B environmental health or its A emotional but I say most likely B :)
