In order to answer this question, we have to remember that a moral value are things that people care about; values are what matter to us, they are principles that motivate our behaviour, they ground our judgments about what is good or bad. That is why I choose the third statement as an example of a moral. The idea of not judging others based on their looks comes from a person that thinks that the clothes we wear doesn't define the quality of a human being. The way a person dresses up is related to his/her taste and not to his/her capacity of loving, of being kind, etc.
