Answer:

More harsh.

Explanation:

The ideas of justice in the medieval society were more harsh and rigid as compared to the contemporary law and judicial system that protects the rights, security, and liberty of an individual. The medieval justice system was based entirely on biblical ideas of morality and spirituality which considered "man as a sinner by birth". The society was divided into three sections comprises of the priests, the nobility and the serfs and the judicial system consists of three types of courts(manor, royal and church courts) with bishops, deacons, clerks, priests, monks, nuns and clergymen to solve the cases. The entire medieval judiciary was built around the superstitious ordeals(where it was the duty of the accused to prove his innocence) like, the ordeal of fire, cold water, etc. that are representative of the brutality of the law and order system.

Tatiana [17]

The answer is:

The three effects are:

1- People who procrastinate tend to be disorganized, as they neglect the important or the urgent work in favor of other tasks.

2- Procrastinators usually exhibit signs of forgetfulness such as putting off simple tasks, and then forgetting about them.

3- Due to the fear of being unable to deliver their tasks by the deadlines, procrastinators tend to start avoiding the people they have to report to, or the location itself.

Is the italicized word in the sentence below an adverb or preposition? Why don't you come over this evening (over)
DiKsa [7]
The italicized word OVER can be used either as a preposition or as an adverb in a sentence. In this particular sentence, the correct answer is adverb.
When over is used as an adverb, it is not followed by any word which would create a phrase along with it (as is the case here). Compare OVER as a preposition (A bird flew over the lake - we can see over what) and OVER as an adverb (Could you come over - we don't know over where or what).
