An easy way my teacher taught me to read a music sheet/notes easily were by memorizing these acronyms/sayings:
For RH memorize: -For each space: "FACE", F is the top space then work your way down to E which is the bottum space -For each line: "Every Good Boy Does Fine" E (Every) is the top line then work your way down each line to the bottum line which is F (Fine).
For LH memorize: -For each space: "All Cows Eat Grass" A (All) is the last/bottum space then work your way up each space to the top one which is G (Grass). -For each line: "Good Boys Deserve Fudge Always" G (Good) is the last/bottum line then work your way up each line to the top line which is A (Always)
There are probably other tips out there to learn how to read notes on music sheets easier but this was how I was taught when I was 6 (:
Musical instruments of different types playing the same note may often be identified by the timbre of their sounds. Timbre is tone color, or tone quality which distinguishes different types of sound production.
