<span>The precambrian period was a time period that happened billions of years ago. Actually, 4.6 billion years, to be exact. The Earth started to form during this period. Layers of rock, elements of the land and waters, and many other things were developed during this time. The atmosphere had a mind of its own, per se, during this time period. If an earthquake measures 1.5 on the Richter Scale, what is the intensity of this earthquake, relative to a 0-level earthquake?
Cloud [144]

Answer and Explanation:

A 1.5 earthquake on the Richter scale is 15 times stronger than a level 0 earthquake. This is because the Richter scale is a logarithmic scale making a number on the scale symbolize an intensity 10 times greater than the previous number on the scale.

An earthquake measuring 1.5 on the Richter scale has tremors that are captured only by seismographs.
