Jacobs uses the technique of foreshadowing to create suspense in his short story "The Monkey's Paw." Now - write a body paragraph around your first piece of evidence. Make it clear to the reader that you're providing the evidence to support the claim you just included in the introduction. (Evidence includes facts from the story in your own words, and also a quote from the story to back up your explanation.)
