Change 719.711 to 720 and 8.75 is 9. 
and 720 dividided by 9 is 80

Change 719.711 to 700 and 8.75 to 9. 
700 divided by 9 is 77.77... 

those are the only two I can think of that'll work, but I think that 80 would be the best answer.
