So we're going to round each number so that it's easier to estimate.

Round 607 to the nearest hundred.
600

Round 4.97 to the nearest 1. 
5

Round 0.214 to the nearest tenth.
0.2

Now solve with the new equation.
$\frac{600*5}{0.2} = 15,000$

The answer is 15,000

If we hadn't estimated, the answer would be 14097.1495, which is very close to 15,000, so our answer is correct!
