The most important right in the English Bill of Rights is that the government should protect the right to free speech: "The freedom of speech and debates or proceedings in Parliament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any court or place out of Parliament." Freedom of speech stops powerful people from taking control of the government and allows people to feel comfortable with speaking up for what they believe in. It also gives people the opportunity to hear different sides of an argument and to perhaps change their own opinion. While other rights are important, the right to free speech affects all and is one that is cherished by all. For this and the above reasons, I believe the right to free speech is most important to my government today.

Which two sentences could be added to the second paragraph to describe how Silver Lining learned how to better themselves?Tourna
sineoko [7]

The excerpt that can be added to describe Silver Lining improvement is Tournaments became the place where Silver Lining tested their teamwork, tirelessly entering and winning until other teams took notice.

In stories, it is common for main characters to evolve or change. This is known as character development and it is usually explained by the author through details that show a change in:

  • Attitude
  • Physical appearance.
  • Level of Maturity.
  • Among others.

Based on this, the best sentences to add if you want to explain how Silver Lining learned how to better themselves are Tournaments became the place where Silver Lining tested their teamwork...

This is because, from the options, these sentences are the only ones that explain how the team became better, and therefore, they directly show the way they evolved.

Note: This question is incomplete because the text it refers to is not given; due to this, I answered it based on general knowledge.

LiRa [457]
Admittedly i'm not super educated on the concept of apartheid and i'm not familiar with this text but to me it looks like he would have done it because he thought the punishment would be lesser on himself if he owned up to it, but that's the best i've got. good luck!!

1. When do you like to write? Where do you like to write?
lara [203]
I like to write when I’m feeling bored. This often happens at home. When I write, my thoughts become clear yet all over the place. Each word I type or write naturally comes to me. It’s so smooth I often feel out of the world, and often times, it’s so difficult to stop as it branches to everything so nicely.

kobusy [5.1K]
Stout pretty much means strong. When added to the word brave, it's clear that "our hearts" face fear head on, with a strong, unfearing willpower.
