Sum of interior angles of polygon = 180(n - 2) = 180(5-2) = 180(3) = 540

so

x + 121 + 108 + 102 + 100 = 540

x + 431 = 541

x = 540 - 431

x = 109

Answer

x = 109°

Interior Angle Sum = 180 (n - 2)  ; where n is number of sides

Sum = 180 (5 - 2)

       = 180 (3)

       = 540

100° + 102° + 108° + 121° + x = 540°

                               431° + x = 540°

                                         x = 109°

Diego was trying to write (5^2)^4 with a single exponent and wrote (5^2)^4=5^2+^4=5^6. What should the answer be? Explain Diego'
o-na [289]

Answer:

5^8

Step-by-step explanation:

Diego added the exponents. This was an error. If he was simplifying

5^2 × 5^4, then he could add the exponents and get a correct answer. But his problem had a power raised to a power. In this case, you multiply the exponents to simplify.

(5^2)^4 means

5^2×5^2×5^2×5^2

which is

5×5×5×5×5×5×5×5

which is 5^8.

(5ab-4a-6)-(4ab-1) find the sum please fast
jekas [21]

We need to get rid of expression parentheses.

If there is a negative sign in front of it,

each term within the expression changes sign.

Otherwise, the expression remains unchanged.

Numerical 'like' terms will be added. There is only one group of like terms

the answer is: ab-4a-5
