A player-coach (also playing coach, captain-coach, or player-manager) is a member of a sports team who simultaneously holds both playing and coaching duties. A player-coach may be a head coach or an assistant coach. They may make changes to the squad and also play on the team.

Very few current major professional sports teams have head coaches who are also players, though it is extremely common for senior players to take a role in managing more junior athletes. Historically, when professional sports had much less money to pay players and coaches or managers, it was much more common to find them. Likewise, where player-coaches exist today, they are more common at the lower levels where money is less available, but not exclusively.

What are the four steps of conflict resolution? Answer in 1 complete sentence.
photoshop1234 [79]

Answer:4 Steps to Conflict Resolution

Understand the Issue. If you frame the beginning as an opportunity to understand the issue, rather than a fight or argument, it will make it easier to begin.

Set a Vision. Now that all the issues are out on the table, and before you jump ahead to fix the problem, you need to be very clear with the other parties about what the objectives are of addressing it.

Explore Alternatives. Once the vision is agreed to, both parties can openly discuss how to get there.

Agree on Action. If you reached this far, you are bound to get to agreement.

When setting goals, why is it important to set performance goals instead of outcome goals?
masya89 [10]
It is better to set performance goals because they can be measured and is easier for us to attain. Outcome goals are more difficult to attain because there are certain instances that we have no control of the situation. But this doesnt mean that outcome goals are not important. With the help of performance goals, outcome goals can be easily reached
