Across cultural study is a specialization in anthropology  that uses data that is collected in the field from many societies which is done for the purposes of examining the scope of human behavior and the test hypotheses about human behavior and mental processes which include both their variability and invariance  that is under cultural conditions. So in this case where cross-cultural study compared all 300 residents of a remote African village to 300 volunteers from Chicago. The types of samples are not comparable this is because comparative  was between different fraternities .

Additionally, someone cannot be forced to to testify against themselves, they cannot be charged with the same crime more than once and that all citizens must be given due process of the law before conviction. Example 1: A police officer forced someone to admit fault through threats and increased prison time. Example 2: Someone is sent to prison after committing a crime, but never went on trial or received due process. Example 3: A man crashes his car into two other cars. He cannot be charged twice for hitting each individual car because it is the same crime.</span>

To understand how it is used here, we have to know that the school system is intended to prepare school goers with a life when they are at their adult stage.

Schools are meant to prepare young people to have a job and a career in the future when they are adults.
