The short-term fitness goal can be achieved in weeks and long-term fitness goals are time consuming and is set by one’s own self as the ultimate fitness goal.

Short-term fitness goals are the goals that we achieve in less time. Like working out four times a week, eating less fatty foods or cutting of fast foods. An example of the short-term goal is- increasing the workout times in a week. These goals are achieved in a fast and shorter-period. Unlike the short-term goals, the long-term goals demand more time and more dedication to achieve the fitness.

The long-term goals include the target of losing 30 pounds and it obviously needs longer period of time to attain it with a long process of dieting, working out and a healthy life style.

Answer:

A short-term goal is one that is attainable in a shorter measure of time. A few instances of transient objectives could incorporate, "exercise three times each week," "eat less carbs," "or run one mile consistently."

A long term fitness goal is one that that we set for ourselves as a true objective , one that we wish to accomplish with all of our exercises.

It incorporates living more beneficial, bringing down your BMI or the cholesterol by making way of life changes. The long term goal is something we will get by finishing the majority of our transient objectives.
