Which philosophy do you think is more likely to lead to an ordered society - Confucianism or Daoism? Why?

Personally, I think Confucianism would lead more of an ordered society due to their core beliefs. In Confucianism, they regard human social institutions (family, school, community, etc.). They also believe that it is essential for humans to flourish and for moral excellence. On the other hand, Daoism embraces nature and what is natural in human experiences which dismissed most of China’s culture, learning, and morality. Both seem like they would lead a well organized and ordered society, but in my opinion, Confucianism would do better.
