The Constitutional monarchy is the system of government where the head of the government is Non-elected monarch but with the limits of power or constitution, All political powers in the constitutional monarchy are divided between monarch and organized government or elected government the perfect example of this form of government could be British parliament.

Well, one thing that a media could do it to expose what the business is to be offering. So, if there were a company that were selling metal, they would be able to use media and other things to expose there selves. One way that it could influence the government would be that it would show that the government allows people to expose their own business as to first have a business, and then to allow for themselves to make the money and to make propaganda and other advertisements to make their company a bigger company. This shows and make a great influence in the government showing that their not as straight forward, but their really more flexible.

Also I should mention that the Allies wanted to split the city of Berlin up since it was fair.. So Berlin was split in 4 parts and thats why you hear the name "Berlin Wall" which was the Soviet Wall surrounding their side of the city..
