The literary device the author is using is verbal irony. Option C is correct.

Verbal irony is defined as  irony in which a person says or writes one thing and means another, or uses words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of the literal meaning.

In this case, for instance, the author is describig a person who is realaly big in size, but everybody call him "tiny" which means totally the opposite.

Verbal ironies are mainly the intentional products of speakers. The speakers say what is intentionally contradictory to their emotions and actions.

Maybe it's verbal irony, because they call him tiny even though he's big. but i feel like it could be symbolism. I'd go with verbal irony.

Indicates how communities could embrace LGBTQI individuals
fenix001 [56]

Answer:

The following steps can be taken in this respect :

1. Meet people in their natural habitats: Begin the dialogue by acknowledging the situation: learn about people's beliefs and perspectives.

2. It 's never just whatever you say that matters; it's also how you express it. Rage is not a tactic: making a message on social networks can make you famous, but it is only temporary.

3. Humanize the message by connecting with people's values: The majority of people do not identify as LGBT+. So, why would they be concerned? It's easy to doubt concepts, but it's more difficult to doubt people. Let them associate with an individual rather than a policy.
